With the exception of lot 4, where the plan is locked in, the designs on this page are only an example to give you an idea of what you can build. You can choose any design you like - we can even help you draw your own!

Please note: This subdivision is only being sold as House & Land packages.  All blocks of land are sold with a Building Contract to Dickinson Building & Livestock Pty Ltd to build the home (E.g. on completion of the land contract a building contract with Dickinson Building & Livestock Pty Ltd will commence, paid by staged progress claims).  You need to be in a position to build immediately after you settle on the land.
